Welcome to Mrs. Young's Third Grade Class!

Welcome to our class page. I truly appreciate your support during this time. We will all come together, and we will continue to foster education for our children. Please continue to work through the packets that were sent home. If the packet was misplaced, you can print it from the ASD webpage under the Parents and Students tab. It is found under Educational Resources. I will also be posting videos to this page. Please email me or send me a message on the Remind App if you have any questions. Check out the links tab on my page for some educational resources and virtual field trips (on the right side of the screen)! Encourage your child to get their daily "green light" for Reflex math! Most importantly, please let your child know that I am so proud of them, and I appreciate their hard work and dedication. Thanks again. Stay healthy.

Google Classroom Starts Monday

Third Grade is starting google classroom on Monday, March 30th. I made a little video to help you access google and navigate through the classroom. We are all learning! No worries. Message me via Remind app or email me at [email protected] with any questions or concerns. Thanks. Stay healthy!

Google Classroom

Good afternoon.
I have created classes in our google classroom. The students can go to www.google.com. Click on sign-in and use 99#@gsuite.asd.k12.pa.us and then put in the password. I sent the password through the Remind app. Make sure the students are using their individual 99#s in the above username. From there the student will click on the "waffle" (9 dots to the left of their inital in the colored circled) and click on Google Classroom. The students will see six classes listed in colorful blocks. The student must click "join" on each classroom (right bottom corner of each class). I truly appreciate your patience. I think this will make our learning more accessible, and the students can communicate with me directly. If you have any questions, feel free to message me via Remind. Keep working on the packets. I will let you know once we are all set up. Then we can transition to Google Classroom. Thanks again!
